He dry roasted them and in the end he just coated each side of the Parantha with about a half tea spoon of butter. That is why it's not oily.

Flame is high. Parathas turn black after cooking instead of Golden red colour.

Gloves are for serving purpose only using gloves while cooking on flames is not a good option as gloves are made up of plastic and it melts with high temp. Mentaing personal hygiene is sufficient

@@Aachal-A-SVEM but the fact is either they visit a shop where a single entity is doing all the work including cooking, platinh and serving also thus resulting in such consequences but just visit a place where you will be charged higher you will get each and every amenity you are asking for. These stalls are small wender's shop they don't have sufficient money to have their own food asking them for such requests and even don't want to pay more.......

Bawarchi ban ke kuch nahi kr paoge wo chahte the main bhi engineering karu apne bade bhai ki trah... But mere bade bhai ne mujhe samjhaya and usi ne mujhe suggest kia ki apni skill dikhana hai to abhi se start ho jaao... I don’t care what they cook or how they fix it....they need to wear gloves and be sanitary...he touches stuff that can contaminate the food....not good!!
