Is it possible to create a custom layout to the drum kit or do you have to select an empty kit which closely represents the one you want to build? For example, where you select the ‘empty kit’ wireframe @ 0:58 can the pieces be moved around, added, deleted? Add an extra cymbal stand, remove a tom, add a cowbell etc.

In running this tutorial through high end studio Alessis Two speakers, you just can't understand half of what is being said. Looks like a great tutorial just needs vocal refinement and voice speed control. Too bad :( (as @sevchyk also pointed out below) Thumbs up anyway. Thanks.
