Mine too!A masdive fan since my childhood in the eighties and still at forty five I think Christopher Reeve was so loveky and brilliant as Supernan and his alternative ego Clark Kent. I was really saddened when reading of his death and he was my childhood hero. It was SO tragic, what happened to the only Lois Lane, as in beautiful Margot Kidder here, is the best and my favourite Lois Ljǰ. I read she'd been in a serious accident and suffered mental health problems, and that she ever so sadly committed suicide.These two both had serious life changing accidents, it's so sad because they were SO brilliant, so charismatic, and incredibly gifted. Their onscreen chemistry came through the screen in to our living rooms in the eighties and Lois Lane played by Margot Kidder, was born to play this role and I loved her and nobody else has come close.

@@devincampbell5007 Not to be too nerdy, but that version of Superman used regular Kryptonian cloth from his ship that Ma Kent turned into the suit, the same type of cloth the Criminals had. Only in Superman Returns and the Henry Cavil ones was the suit made by the Fortress or the Ship. But I don't mean to be serious, I was just making a little fun at the clothing switch.

Don't misunderstand what I am about to say as I like Christopher's portrayal of the Man Of Steel. But, watch the first couple of minutes of this video and see if you see what I noticed. Superman's strength in basically incalculable. He should have actually ripped off the whole top of the car, and yet watch as he momentarily struggles to pull off the sun roof! Technically, he should have been able to remove it with two fingers.

So he killed them? Hmmm, we were less bull crap in the 80s I guess, less sensitive. I remember the outrage when Superman snapped Zods neck in Man of Steel. He literally crushed this dudes hand then dropped him threw him across the room and watched him and his crew fall into some frozen abyss to freeze to death after probably having all their bones broken because of the impact after they fell. As a kid I thought, cool good for them…but I never thought of Superman as a killer….or Lois Lane too, she dropped old short hair like Leonidas in 300…I gotta rewatch all these now to see if there was any other messed up stuff we were numb to back in the day….

That is because this is "Silver Age" Superman. His power was pretty much whatever the writer wanted it to be back then. It wasn't until the mid-80's that he changed.
