Like, Season 14 should have ended with Michael vs Alternate Michael, and then Season 15 being Michael/Adam now being a problem rather than them trying to make Chuck the bad guy. Then there was the Shedim, which were intro'd (sort of) and then just forgotten about. And that's just in the last 3 seasons.

Lucifer - Ramiel: Lucifer and Ramiel both were tired of their creator and wanted nothing to do with their plans. Raphael - Dagon: Raphael and Dagon are less similar, but Dagon went back to Lucifer as I would have expected Raphael to. Gabriel - Asmodeus: Gabriel and Asmodeus both left and were essentially on their side. Asmodeus was similar to how Gabriel was before Sam and Dean's influence.

Dagon isn't just a demon. she is one of the four princes of hell. They were handpicked by lucifer and turned into a demon by lucifer himself. They are Even stronger than knights of hell(literal soldiers of hell). She can kill regular angels without a sweat. But princes of hell are no match for an archangel. hence asmodeus got fried by the archangel gabriel.

She is a girl, but the name of the subspecies/group that she is a part of are the "Princes of Hell". That's why she's called a Prince rather than Princess. I hope that helped.
