a big question on diff bushes people ask why we prefer SuperPro Hybrid Suspension for Ford rear diff bushes not Nolathane or other cheaper bushes.
First red bush is Nolathane
The second blue bush is Superpro Hybrid
If they go in that easy by hand imagine how much movement your diff has. they are harder to install thats why alot of other shops opt for nolathane as it saves them time

Our R&D team pours countless hours of work into the design and testing of each our products (bushings, sway bars, control arms, etc). We aim to make our suspension components as easy to install as possible. But our design philosophy dictates that we must make the best possible product based on application. Ensuring our suspension components are the best product for our customers and theirs. Its great to see these videos!

You've used two completely different bushes from two different models of vehicle. The first bush for a BA Falcon, and the 2nd bush for a BF MK2 Falcon. No wonder the first bush didn't fit properly, there was a change in bushes in 2006. HONK!

Really decent bushes. One of my cars had them in now for about 5 years with no probs. Doing another one now. Costs a bit to do a car with IRS etc but well worth the money and effort.

wtf? I have fitted red nolathane diff head bushes to 3 different BA turbos, the first one was the early round tube type and the second two the later ball type version, none of them were a push in fit, all 3 had to be wound in using a longer bolt with spacers similar to what you do in this video. Not sure how that thing just slides in there like that though I did cut the old bushes out and clean up the inside of the original bushes metal sleeve with a wire brush, that might be the difference. They all worked fine, the first one I did is still all good in my first XR6 Turbo and I have had it 11 years now with 290rwkw, no noticeable increase in NVH and it actually rides/drives as nice as my G6ET.

you put grease on the outside of the bush.... install error, make sure you read the instructions before bashing another brand

I’m looking at the instructions for my super pro bushes. You grease the internal bore and the crush tube with the supplied grease. There is no mention of greasing the rest of the bush at all.

Installed bushes as per the video and greased the outside of the bushes as well as the tubes and inserts, silent and brilliant. Sometimes you ( me) just needs to shut up and do as their told. Too many idiots have got “ I did my own research” on their memorial notices…….🙄

Neither will last as long as rubber but they will feel better than rubber for the first 20000km then they will start to full apart. I remember my XW started to pull to one side under braking. Then I noticed bits of blue rubber / plastic on my driveway. Jacked the car up and one of the SuperPro bushes (radius rod to body had started to break down) When I pulled them out they had started to split along the seam from the mould, once they get a tiny split or chip they just continue to tear apart) Replaced with rubber, drives perfect. Don't compare new poly bushes to 20 year old rubber, compare new rubber with with new poly

Yep, always fit genuine rubber bushes, ...nolathane/poly bushes don't last & disintegrate, creating excessive play in suspension components....how do i know this ?? 30 years of doing dumb dumb RWC checks & repairs....

@@lancecooper4646 One major difference between polyurethane and rubber is their mechanical properties. Polyurethane is a much stiffer and stronger material than rubber, with a higher tensile strength and a lower level of elongation. This means that polyurethane bushings can provide more support and stability to the parts they are connecting, while also being less prone to deformation or wear over time. On the other hand, rubber bushings are more flexible and have a higher level of elongation, which can make them better suited for applications that require a lot of movement or vibration damping. They are also generally less expensive and easier to manufacture than polyurethane bushings. Another key difference between the two materials is their durability and resistance to wear. Polyurethane bushings are much more resistant to wear and tear than rubber bushings, and they tend to last longer in demanding applications. They are also more resistant to temperature extremes, which can make them a better choice for use in high-performance vehicles or in harsh environments.

They have been known to but if you apply the right amount of grease then you shouldn’t have to worry about it too much.
