Love this size of house! Would be nice to see something similar but with a slightly smaller master bathroom and a small half bathroom accessible in the hallway. Want to see more this size!

Definitely! Just eliminate the hallway access door from the bath, slide the tub over (i hate losing the linen closet but it's worth it) then use that for a simple half bath between the flex room and now primary bath. Or turn the tub along where the hallway door is and add the half bath accessible through the flex room. There are options!

This new XXL is really gorgeous and the price is just right. The only criticism that I have is even though I love love this beautiful house, the outside still looks like a trailer. Mr Tiny in the future, can you make them look like a house?

I love this home. It's perfectly sized, and the layout is great! That bathroom is amazing. Please, keep making homes this size. Tiny homes are nice, but they're too small for me. This size is perfect and not too big and overwhelming.

Its an overall beautiful home and almost perfect. The bedroom closet is off. To keep up with standard of the rest of the home there should be a true walk-in closet.

Totally agree with the idea of making the master bath smaller and squeezing in a half bath. Otherwise, if you had visitors, they would have to go through your bedroom to use the loo!

Love the look of this home. I’d like to see the island extended on one side for more seating, lose the soaker tub and use that space for a 1/2 or 3/4 bathroom. Leave everything else the same.

Wow, this is a much better home. I would add in one of those prairie style doors in the front, hec with that window in the front then. Again, Mr. T, those living room windows are too big. You have those patio doors to let in plenty of light. If you moved that kitchen island over, you could make that an L-shaped kitchen giving plenty of room for a dining room table. I love the side by side option of a washer/dryer. And that extra bedroom, I'd be making that my office. Nice big bathroom. You could have a party in that shower.

I'd drop that bathtub and use the space for long term storage in the flex room. As a guy, I don't need a tub. That massive shower stall is more than enough for me to be squeaky clean.

Wow I do like the solid front door with just the peep hole. I do not like all of the glass in the living room and kitchen area which will make it much harder to keep cool or to warm up because of all the glass. Plus for security purposes too much glass!

The price is incredible!! WOW. Mr. Tiny, I think the bathroom space can accomodate two bathrooms. The guest bathroom with tub, toilet and sink. Master bath with a smaller shower, single sink, toilet with a pocket door and BAM...two full bathrooms. I would also eliminate the 3rd door and use the space for another useful purpose.

🙌🏽🎉 Great bathroom (my favorite room) though there is only one!! 🎉 Master bedroom, kitchen, and living-room plenty spacious. Love the living room windows allowing plenty of natural lighting. Great thinking to provide space for broom, mop, and vacuum. With many people working from home these days, the flex room is a great idea.

I love this! Just about right for me. Change the book shelf in the living room for a fireplace, change out for a gas range.(for large stock pots). It looks so bright and inviting, you would never feel closed in! The bathroom is fantastic, wow! Very luxurious. The flex room would be great for guests, and plenty of room for a large sofa sleeper, if you wanted. I would do a Murphy bed in the flex room, with a great small office in between company. Just wonderful all-around. ❤

Ditch to tub and give that space to the flex room so you have a true sized second bedroom. Take out the side door and put doors across the washer and dryer then add a half bath in that space.
