I watched Ziani get no recognition in the US when he was shattering vertical record's but its great to see he is the go to Guru for unlocking that core vertical for getting up.I am 43 an almost dunking and helping others to jump higher. I believe him bcuz after a few serious ankle injuries and slight tendon ruptures. I never regained the flexibility I had in my legs and the explosive power. at 5'7" I used to stand and overhead kick the top of my doorway like he does and had a 40" vert at 15-16 yrs old. I was a sprinter , triple and long jumper. I was always smaller than everyone else but very explosive and bouncy lol. I was dunking a volleyball at 5'5" when I was 13-14 yrs old. I topped out at 5'7" but kept active with cycling and aquatic training and basketball over the years and at 47 was still grabbing a 10' rim until I developed an autoimmune disorder in 2020 and lost all my strength, flexibility and muscle. I'm slowly working my way back with his videos and kneesovertoes guy who gives Kadour lots of credit from his training. I'll be 50 in 2023 and hope to get back there. I've always had tight hips and groin so I'm working on that and ankle mobility for now.

Did you ever lift? Or was it all mobility, Yoga-type workouts, and plyos/sprints/sport play?
@troyrodgers9790
@troyrodgers9790 Жыл бұрын
@@shakenbacon-vm4eu yes I had to lift especially as I got more serious with my track and basketball and went to college. I lifted maybe 3x a week never more than that. did mostly strength work, never really for bulk. so I was able to stay small but extremely powerful. I probably needed to work more on my flexibility why I had the injuries I had. also my diet then wasn't the best. when you're young u feel invincible and don't think much about the food ur putting in ur body. I ate healthy but had my fair share of junk as well. never did yoga when i was younger but I'm trying to last few years even before my autoimmune issues kicked in. I was just not consistent. lots of plyo, but with my spine issues it's hard to do right now. I'm trying to strengthen my spine and get as much flexibility back as possible. that's the main issue affecting my whole body right now I'm guessing.

Amazing. I think this is the thing we as humans, and especially Americans, have totally move away from, to our detriment. This guy is more limber then my 12 year old. He moves like my 2 year old. We lock kids into chair all day at school, do not teach mobility or flexibility, and then expect people to age well without falling. This is the cure to aging. Combining what this guy does with strength training is the recipe for longevity. 1+1 = 3. Fantastic video. Thank you so much for sharing 🙏🙏🙏
