Hi Ali great video. Nice to see your StatOasis custom blocks pretty stand out there. Another thing I need to ask is since more trades achieved by less number of bars (exit after just few number of bars) being traded, do you think the less number of bars will risk it's robustness somehow during Montecarlo Tests? If it is, how to balance that if we chose to have more trades.

Each pattern has to be robust on its own. The best way to balance is trading a portfilio

You need to program it in SQX, but i have the pattern builder in TS and it is not reliable enough to build a strategy

If you put those two charts or timeframes, can Tradestation run this type of strategy? Should I pull up both charts/timeframes?

Hi, can someone give me some realistic values for spread and commision for trading with tradestation for the future @HO. In the video is this always zero.

It will depend on what time your strategy is executing. 2 ticks slippage + commission for round trip is safe to start with

Does quant x check if the entry conditions are false before exitting a trade? Isnt there a risk that if you exit after n bars you immediately re-enter the trade because the entry conditions are also true?

you can mitigate that, for example instead of C > SMA100, you can do C cross above SMA100

Scalping is short term trading, anything intraday is scalping in my book 😊

Mine there isn't the random conditions or generate randomly. It's up to date my SQX, what am I doing wrong?

Found solution on Wright hand side of Algo Wizard = Trading Options -> Configure -> Advanced -> ON. Now started option to random conditions :)

You can stack 4-7 if you have the right tool to test and you do it the right way
