Seeking Health and Imperial Labs both have a liposomal curcumin as does Gaia herbs. What are your thoughts on medicinal mushrooms like Reishi, Lions mane, and chaga. And, also herbal adaptogens like Astragalus and Ashwaganda?

What causes heart palpitations and irregular heart beat ( Not Afib). I’m 70 and have been dealing with this for at least 10 years. Nothing wrong with my heart but it’s so annoying. What could I take and what alleviates this. Somehow I feel it’s hormone related I never had this when I was in my 40s and 50s.

Hi Dr Haver, I have struggled with chronic inflammation for years with Hashimoto's, rheumatoid arthritis and joint pain, gastrointestinal problems to name a few… I am also 5 years clear of Es/ Pr +ive Breast Cancer, and have been taking Tamoxifen for 5 years, and will for another 5. I have pain most days and have been trying to control this with diet, supplements (Omega 3) and anti inflamm meds, and even curcumin. I recently read that curcumin interferes with the efficacy of the Tamoxifen. Can you please clarify whether this is an option for me to take.

I have horrible inflammation of acne especially before my period. I was told it was cystic acne I seen a dermatologist for it. They put me on minocycline but I only taken it for like a week cause I swear it made me miss a period so I stopped it. This was last year in like October I started the minocycline. At the time too I was on birth control and I NEVER missed a period when I was on birth control. I was on birth control for like 2-3 years. I quit both last year in October. I also got a lipoma removed last year august. it was by my left hip. I’m thinking about taking a zinc vitamin cause I heard it helps with acne. I take gummies multi vitamin now. doesn’t help with my acne though. I’m taking baby steps with changing my diet like switching regular milk with almond milk. I’m also starting to take turmeric. I also don’t drink enough water almost none at all during the day. I’m working on that first too. Like once I wake up drink water immediately.

Question... I am just starting the galveston diet. I have your Collagen but I see some recipes call for plain collage. Can you recommend a plain one? Yogurt is another one do you have a favorite?
@ranaoffutt1691

She recommends Plain Greek Yogurt because it has a lot more protein than regular. She adds hemp hearts, nuts, seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds... different types on different days. I watch her other videos a lot.

@ranaoffutt1691
@ranaoffutt1691 Жыл бұрын
She recommends tracking your nutrients in a nutrition tracker. She uses Cronometer. Try to meet your nutrients via your food intake. I Only if you cannot meet your calcium minimum (and other nutrients) through food, then you should supplement.

Your supplements are outrageously expensive !!! And only 30 servings !!! In the UK I can get 3-6 months supply for that price. $125 for the Ultimate Pack - wow you are really taking the piss out of your customers. Make you own turmeric - black pepper capsules

I believe she states on many if not all of her videos you can put together your own. I did and that way I could take one and if I felt a “questionable reaction” or if it doesn’t mix with your medications you can take what you want

Not cool to use the phrase “civilized countries”….you said it more than once…what does that mean. I’m a supporter/follower, please don't say non-western countries aren't civilized, I hope that's not what you think and was just a poor choice of wording.
