Hi, subbed, that mic is not so great, try another lapel one they are cheap. Please hold the product up longer and make sure focus is working, Hint if it is not, edit in the name so you don't have to shoot the clip again. Add a list of your supplement stack in the description. Froggy. Think about adding Amazon links & you get a little (I mean little) commission for sales.

Hi, thanks for the comment. Currently I don't take any prescriptions. To be clear, I don't advocate for or against any drugs, I just decided to put a lot of effort into lifestyle interventions, and it has been working well for me.

As for supplements right now I only take D3, B12, collagen, and Magnesium. I used to take Omegas 3 but not sure why I stop them. I also use turmeric here and there in my green juices. I know you prefer to manage PsA without prescribe drugs, but do you have any input on Meloxicam and Lyrica? this is why my Rheumatology wants me to start on.

I have psoriatic arthritis and I have tried all kinds of supplements but nothing really seems to work. And I've tried each one for at least 3 months: vitamin d3, fish oil, curcumin, glucosamine/chondroitin/msm, ginger juice and boswellia. They made no difference at all. I'm trying to eat more pro-biotic foods but they make no difference either.

I'm actually off all supplements at the moment - as I talked about in this video I like to remove the supplements to see if there is a noticeable difference. For me, there has been. I stopped taking most things about a month ago, and am definitely feeling more stiff - but it's hard to say *for sure* if this is the cause. Either way, I'd focus less on supplementation and more on everything else. The supplements are the last 1%, the cherry on top. Movement, good sleep, breathing, eating real food etc.... that's where I think you will see 99% of the benefits of natural/lifestyle interventions.

Hi there - my health is definitely improving. Physically I feel the best, and strongest, I've felt in years. One thing that really helped was the shift to working from home during covid - this means I'm not sitting for long commutes to work and can easily move around during the day to stretch etc... that and really looking after diet I think are the biggest contributing factors.
