After watching this video, you will learn positions you can adopt, that can help to reduce shortness of breath, and what you can do to regain control of your breathing.
A common problem is shortness of breath, which causes additional anxiety and makes breathing even more difficult. Losing strength and fitness while you were unwell, and the illness itself can mean you become breathless easily. Staying calm is very important. That, as well as knowledge of the presented techniques and exercises. Your breathlessness should improve as you slowly increase your activities and exercise, but in the meantime, these positions and techniques can also help to manage it.
