A $3000 mortgage in Texas is insane… she’s a prime example of what’s wrong with the system.
@tetchuma3 ай бұрын
Toyota still owns the majority of the homes that they bought their employees when they moved to Plano in 2014. Toyota employees sold their $1.5mil houses in California, then bought 2 or 3 more houses in the DFW metroplex, and rented them out, causing prices to surge for a time. It’s only recently started to come down. A simple family home 1970’s “fixer-upper” is roughly $340k+ in North Dallas. After Toyota, a bunch of other companies did the exact same thing. JP Morgan Chase, Samsung, Siemens, Huawei and more every year. Foreign and West Coast money buying up properties, driving up the cost and value, which ensures locals are unable to purchase.
@cesarberrospi4683Ай бұрын
I agree with you. We are a married couple living in a house in San Francisco, our mortgage is $4,200 a month but our home is valued in 2,1 million. We plan to sell our home once we retired and moved out to another state like Texas buy a home cash in 700K and life comfortable the rest our lives.

I work in the pool business. Customers use to call me at all hours and I was only the pool boy. Not the owner. I believe this guy 100%. The pool industry has those type of customers that don't care about the hour. And then you got customers that don't want to be bothered for any repairs under $1k. It's a crazy field to work in.

@TheBaltherion2 жыл бұрын
Ya it's pretty messed up because the judge doesn't understand how pool business works. Pools do not care about the hour. You literally have emergency calls. Pools cost tens of thousands of dollars to place and repair. It's very important to resolve issues before they become too bad. For example, a clogged skimmer due to an object blocking a pipe can cause the pool motor to stop pulling water and potentially burn out the motor. Instant 1500$ for the motor and $1200 for the labor (that's why he makes so much. Repairs.) Do you have $2700 in your pocket? Then, if the person has low/ no income, the pool can turn green without a functioning motor and this will cause huge fines and health risks to the surrounding area because the water will stagnate and cause mosquitoes and bugs to reproduce rapidly. Costs upwards of $10k. Not to mention the dramatic drop in house value by having a cesspool in the backyard. There was no evidence really indicating that lewd acts had been performed, or if it even mattered. Clients telling you they are laying out probably mean it as a warning because it can surprise the tech walking in.

I don’t get what you’re missing. People generally don’t need a reason for divorce. Moreover, he’s maintaining the school and nanny for 3,000. Meaning he’s paying a temporary payment of 3,800 to his wife. If the wife has the kids (because the judge prioritizes time spent with the kids more than money spent ON the kids) then she’ll need something so they won’t starve. Plus the judge stated multiple times that this is only temporary and if she doesn’t find a job soon then she’ll lose it. I don’t like the woman either but the judge made a fair decision.

@@MajorJim69 Spousal support is temporary. The rest? No. If the kids are going to an expensive private school, it was because their current situation allowed it. Now, do they really have to go to a private school? Absolutely not. Public school would have to do and it's only the mother's fault for taking away this opportunity from her children. And it's obviously the nanny who's doing all the work. But, we should not forget that there are many single parents out there who can manage to work and don't need a nanny. Some have to rely on family or friends when their finances and workload get in the way. That woman clearly got some wild ideas in mind like not needing to be committed to one man in her life, but still wants his money. So she came up with an impossible scenario about the man cheating. She couldn't even show that famous picture of him in someone else's pool to back up her claims. True, the man is clearly rich, but he still got screwed by the system. And you can be sure that the mother will steal her children's money.

my head flew after hearing that she is looking to work PART TIME then be a stay at home mom but have a nanny? what?
@beverlybeierle5535Ай бұрын
Why deny the father part-time custody with the nanny, but she gets the nanny and is not working? This is ridiculously unfair.

"I'm very proud to say I got my GED." Lady, I was expelled from high school. Got my GED before any of my classmates graduated. Then got expelled from college. Went back and got a physics degree with a 3.8 GPA. Getting a GED is not an accomplishment. That's like saying being able to tie your shoelaces is an accomplishment.

That’s dope you were able to accomplish so much! Getting a GED is indeed an accomplishment though. It’s something when some people didn’t get anything at all. Everyone’s situation is different, as you know, and being able to rise up and do something when you have nothing is an accomplishment.

Looking at her, it probably took all she had to get that GED, God knows.

She basically admitted that she WILL NOT LOOK FOR EMPLOYMENT. When the judge said he has to pay “some” of a mortgage she couldn’t believe it. How dare he not take care of me totally just because we had kids?? How dare they force me to somewhat be a mother?? GTFOH KAREN, LITERALLY

This is when I get mad at the court system. She doesn't contribute anything yet she gets the kids and the lifestyle changes. If the dad got the kids nothing would change.

Gotta say, I disagree with this one. Currently, the wife is employed, and she should have to bare some of the financial responsibility as she has the resources to do so. If she so chooses to become unemployed, the case can be revisited at that time. But allowing her to not have to share the financial responsibilities will only encourage her to leave her job, and life off of his dime.

I agree with you on this. She admitted that she refuses to continue to work with the guy. At that point the spousal support shuld end

If you get married, you agree and want to be fleeced. Marriage is outdated. There's nothing but liability for men and money and assets for women. Only a sucker signs on to that deal..

She works part-time to be able to take care of the kids, but the nanny takes care of them. Then she decides to leave and not work but wants him to pay to maintain her lifestyle?? What crazy law is that. Here if you leave, you adapt your lifestyle to your own income.
