तलाकशुदा मुस्लिम महिलाओं के गुजारे भत्ते को लेकर Supreme Court ने एक बड़ा फैसला दिया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जस्टिस बीवी नागरत्ना और जस्टिस ऑगस्टीन जॉर्ज मसीह ने फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा कि मुस्लिम महिलाएं अपने भरण-पोषण के लिए कानूनी अधिकार का इस्तेमाल कर सकती हैं। वो धारा 125 के तहत याचिका भी दायर कर सकती हैं।
