camped out all night at 18th and Lombard in philly to see Crack the Sky open for Kansas at the Tower. Caught Gary's tambourine at end of show, and i can hear myself shaking it as the album fades out.

Is it just me, or were these guys one hell of a band. I own a mint LP of this album, which I purchased in the year it was released. Got to save it for posterity!!!

Crack the Sky and Safety in Numbers are 2 of my favorite albums, Towson State Show still in my top 3 concerts of all time

Me too! Fantastic band that never "caught on" to the general masses, but then again, I think if they did, the music would have suffered

I was at the show at the Cleveland Agora where part of this album was recorded. Polumbo was not with the band at this point. Still one of the best bands the 70s every produced. Glad to see they are still kickin it out there.
