Cool video bro my old man grew up in papamoa one tip he gave me was if you are at a surf beach with swell 2metres plus he said watch where the surfers go out cause they use the rip to get out cause for one it pulls them out but two the waves break early because of the deeper hole It always works for me just don't go hitting people with 5 ounce sinkers lol

@@scottholmes8374 Oh cool man its a Fin-Nor Offshore 8500 reel and 20lb line champ. the key i find with it is you've gotta do your best to keep the line topped up, as soon as it gets too low you loose distance on your cast

Hey man, yeah bro for sure, A rip is basically a deeper area of water that is also known as a gutter and because of the current can mean massive amounts of food stirred up on the bottom!! awesome bro glad you guys are enjoying it. Im still working through this time so its still a massive juggle but trying to keep the vids pumping as best i can!!

Around minute 5:22 or so you said something about the fish swimming out. Are you putting the hooked bait back in the ocean and it can swim out for you instead of trying to cast it, or do I misunderstand?
