Ever since I heard “Surface Pressure” I thought it was the perfect song for Kirishima. I’m really happy to see someone make an animatic with that idea in mind. 👍❤️

The two scenes with Kiri hugging a desperate Bakugou, and then recoloring his hair and putting it into a ponytail were really beautiful. Great animatic!

😭😭😭 crying and emotional but this is so perfect the villains and moments that impacted him the most 😭😭😭 and love this song can relate and it fits kirishima so well no wonder he’s my comfort character also love the hairstyles you gave him

Oh man. The gears visual GOT me. And then like, Nezu was such a good choice on the "the ship doesn't swerve" line. OHHHHHH Deku on "growing pressure." (As you can see, this has turned into a bit of a liveblog. Sometimes you can't contain the feelings until the end.) Oh I had an absolutely through-my-heart response to that Deku visual showing up. The choice of Aizawa on "never wonder" was really, really good. Anyway, just. The opening shot and the end shot were some of my favorite Kirishimas in this. His FACE in both of those, but especially at the end. There was one other face that really stuck out to me/really got me, and I think it was the first time we get a close-up on his face with his hair down. Really enjoyed this. In, you know, the way you enjoy pain. I feel like you managed to balance the expectations he holds himself to re: Mina really well with what the relationship with him is like from her end. "No mistakes"=good thoughts, good, good use of that line. Also, one more liveblog from a little earlier: OH SHIT THIS ANIMATIC'S POLYAMOROUS? (Or at least bi & those are two possibilities he's dreaming of)

Idk if this is what you were going for but does Kiri have smt going with Baku AND Mina?! 💖❤🧡?! I love this song and this animatic with my favourite character, ever, despite the manga falling out of favor for me personally. I love how the community is keeping all of the characters alive, or did so years ago and I can return to that whenever I need it ❤
