Live in SD N County, saw the flag turn offshore Sat around noon (day before Easter Sun,) kept an eye on it. Paddled out around 5pm lol offshore A frames no crowds and really really good, not to mention the clearing after the rain, the colors all around and on the waves, the sky with cool clouds, the Pelicans going off, just down right an Easter special gift, looking up and thanking God on that one! STILL Stoked

porto was firing on easter. Offshore and lined up, but kinda hard to get into, with a few randon cleanup sets. Still typical el porto

Fomo was so strong I got up and out for dawn patrol, which I never do! El P has its moments, and “not as good as Sunday” was still better than usual.

Sat am in baja was a full on white capped, torrential rain storm Then around 5pm it just didn't clean up, it actually was perfectly groomed And as people now know, the 295 direction pumped up way overhead It was big, peaky and perfect - I was in charge of our BBQ, so while cooked I watched 3 guys paddle out and proceed to score Next (easter) morning? Small(er) wind whipped shit burgers Those 3 guys will be talking about their session for years

Yeah... 🔨land was pretty much firing, on Easter. Offshore winds til noon, and hollow overhead peaks, from Jetty to Jetty. The FOMO was real.

Logic would say FOMO is inevitable when dealing with the stuff of dreams. That this position is discarded as not making a shred of sense just shows a dedication to the ocean. maybe the ocean responded to the absence of complaining kooks and rewarded the desires of people it knew and respected

Really hard on the eyes having 2 watch 80% of rides by complete barnyards with no style. If they surf and look like kooks I don't want to see it.
