Ingredients
Batter
1 Cup all-purpose flour
1/4 Cup corn starch
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 Tbsp mixed essence (optional)
1 cup water
3 Med ripe plantains
Oil for frying

Delicious 😋 . Just a tip add a lil salt in your batter. Also I don't know if you tried the real pinda sambel but its Delicious. Also njang bakabana ( fried plantain ) means eat bakabana

@@cookingwithash I never made pinda sambel myself im too lazy lol but I usually have my mom or sister bring back when they go back home. I store it in the freezer. Pinda sambel on bami is so yummy too
