Love the battat Styracosaurus and Ouranosaurus ...but they're so difficult to get hold of for a reasonable price. Ended up just making my own out of polymer clay (not as good as the real thing but very individual). ...and happy birthday.

It's such a graceful model, isn't it? Definitely one of the outstanding sculpts in the original line. I'm sure your sculpt is excellent, as well as original! 😊 You never know, some day may bring good fortune for you with the Battat figure. Thank you for watching, and thank you for the birthday wishes! 🤗🦖

Love your necklace and your top.. You top kinda has a dino vibe..

Thank you, the necklace is a birthday gift from my mum! The top with the dinosaur/jungle print is a full dress, from a brand called Dolly & Dotty, who do a lot of different dinosaur prints across their range 😊🦖 www.dollyanddotty.co.uk/search?q=Dinosaur

At 7:25 I wonder if this one could raise the spikes? or lower them.. or are they stunk in one place like a sheep's horns?
@aeonfire82Ай бұрын
They weren't fixed to the ribcage, however they were limited in movement by the other dermal structures around them! Rather like a suit of medieval armour and chainmail 😊 I think the confusion came from the spines being scattered around the fossil, rather than preserved as they were in life, as with Borealopelta. I suspect that the Safari Ltd version is accurate, as PNSO do sometimes use contradictory information for their models!

@@aeonfire82 np I really enjoyed the video love those figures as well 😀

@cosminbryant1243 if you say things like that, I'll keep making them 😆❤️ Seriously though I really do appreciate it, it's wonderful to engage with people who adore these things as much as I do, and these are all REALLY lovely figures! I mean, how cool are thyreophorans?? Especially the living tanks?? 😻 And here they are, brilliantly brought to life for us all all. Tremendous!

wow at 5:22 mins in that one is painted like a Horny toad lizard in texas!! They eat only ants and I used to catch them as a kid!! pretty neat paint job!
@aeonfire82Ай бұрын
Ah, I knew it looked familiar, I've never seen a horny toad in life but I'm familiar with them from wildlife documentaries! 😊 Pinacosaurus must have really reminded PNSO of that lovely little lizard, they're not known for adventurous paint schemes after all, but this one is a beauty! Do you have a favourite among this selection? ❤️🦖
