It's really a Transition Error I'm sure, they used an old leftover board that was most likely in the group of boards. This should have a TTCB Board I've never seen an error like this before but it's very intresting. The songs are "Bikanel Desert" & "無法の奴ら" (if you look on my content the 2nd song on my Super Sport Hauler Dodge Ram Vid too Joe)
