I remember my twin story 21 years ago. I saw 2 heartbeats and I cried my baby has 2 hearts. The lady laughed and said no you have 2 babies lol. I passed out

Don't get me wrong, I would be ecstatic to have twins, but also terrified at the same time. Taking care of one baby is alot of work, I couldn't imagine having to take care of two at the same time.

It's kind of fun though, as a sibling. My brother and sister are twins, actually they're about to turn 18 in 6 days. They've definitely been a handful as far as I can remember, teaming up together to cause mischief. but I couldn't imagine them not being twins. 😅

We were on a Skype call whilst my eldest sister was getting her first ultrasound with her hubby holding the phone. It was her first pregnancy and we were all so excited...I'm an RN so I knew and immediately burst into tears and started screaming OH MY GOD and they all thought I was mad until the sonographer cracked up laughing and said "she sees BOTH of what I see"...then all u can hear is my sister screaming and the phone clattering to the ground while my brother in law LOST. HIS. SHIT.

I found out I had twins on the delivery table. I always asked if I was having twins. The dr heard 2 heartbeats and said that I had an overactive placenta. My “overactive placenta” weighed 6lbs 4 oz. Her twin was the identical same weight.

KZfaq Rescue 911 I knew I was having twins right away. I was soooo sick & extremely fatigued. I have two other kids so I knew it was different.

Well let me tell you I had NO signs at all. I had my first ultrasound at week 10 up until which I had very little toxicosis, was feeling great in general, doing lots of strenuous exercise, no spotting, no cramps, no belly or breast enlargement. Damn! I would have never thought there's 2 little babies in there. Yet there they are!

I’m 31 weeks pregnant with twin boys, and this video makes me smile. I told my husband I bet him a million dollars there was no way we were having twins and then 5 minutes later we found out we were having twins. It is such a crazy shock but such a blessing ❤️

Congrats! It's a very nice surprise! Please raise your boys to be open, caring, loving, non-sexist (against themselves either by not telling them to 'be a man' or to not allow them to express feelings etc, and most of all, teach them to think critically and question all things and not to feel proud of something ignorant like blind faith, thus not crippling them mentally for life.

I remember when the idea of being pregnant with twins crossed my mind I just told myself no you’re just being paranoid. Then we find out we’re having twins! I cried, such a beautiful and surreal moment.

We found out we were having surprise twins at 22 weeks! I joked about it from the beginning, but I never expected it to be true! I wish there was a video of our reaction. Lots of laughing and crying.

I’m 10 weeks pregnant and I JUST found out that I’m pregnant with fraternal twins. Two different sacks. And let me tell you, my reaction was nothing like these happy people. I panicked. Flipped out. They called a chaplain to my room to pray for me😭😭😭 I did NOT take it well. I’m 31. And I’m going from NO KIDS to TWO KIDS‼️ Y’all can imagine how scared I was. The thought of two babies crying. Buying two of everything. Immediately came to my head. I’m happy now but I wasn’t when I found out two weeks ago😩

It doesn't depend on the male. It depends on the female's genetics. Releasing more than one egg (hyperovulation), or egg separation (identical twins) all depend on the mother's genetics. But good luck!

Meg LM luckily I was laying down when they told me I was having twins. I was in complete shock. They are now happy healthy chaotic 2 year olds. They gave me life !

I’m a sonographer and it’s always nerve wracking telling parents they have multiple babies. You never know how they will react 😂 I had one woman with triplets to put two back and she will “come back to them” 😂

You can have a baby without paying a penny in the UK. Every scan, every appointment, every consultant, the midwife, every home visit, hospital stay, after care. Not a penny.

I remember my twin story 37 years ago the person doing the ultrasound got very excited and I said did you find the cyst the doctor suspected I have and he said yes except it got arms,legs and a head your having twins I almost fell of the bed

Being a twin myself and having only ONE other set of twins in the family, I'd panick and cry if I ever end up pregnant with twins. I don't think I'd be able to handle 2 babies 😳

Like is it possible to only see one fetus with the first ultrasound when your early? In your pregnancy..and then later find out it’s 2 with your 2nd ultrasound?
