When I said "capitalize" I meant that she didn't go through lengths to try to familiarize Steve (through memory) with her, or her neighbor. She simply stated that she grew up on his block and left it at that. She didn't come with the "Remember me Steve"... angle. She didn't even assume they knew each other. Her focus was not on associating herself with Steve in any way. Her focus was on the game. He brought out the wonderful memories from their neighborhood. And for your information I can't stop anyone's enjoyment because one, I don't know them. Two, I wasn't there, and three, this has already happened. @chumbuckery777 I think that the Valentine boy's name was Ronnie, it's been so long ago. Proud as hell of Steve and what he has achieved. We grew up in the same county in southern West Virginia. I, like Steve, am a child of the late 60's and 70's, we had no problem with color, we were just people living life. I miss those days.
