I can understand what you were talking about...this whole year has been really overwhelming for me. I am still overwhelmed right now. But I have a feeling that we don't realize it and keep living with it as if we have a normal life even thought its still there. We need to start noticing this and be self aware. The year I turned 30!!! Whew!!! That was a rough one! My sweet Mama had breast cancer. My “father”, I use that term loosely, passed away from a car accident. That brought about severe depression, not from grief over death but grief from never having him as a father. He was abusive to me, my sisters and my Mama. He was a child molester and I suffered that fate at his hands. I didn’t shed a single tear when he died but I ended up in the hospital for mental health issues for a month. That’s when my 30th year turned around. It was the best thing I ever did for myself. 30 is whatever you want it to be baby!!! Make it fabulous!! Also, my Mama lived another 10 years but lost the battle with breast cancer late 2004. She was fantastic and I miss her so much!! Hugs and love❤❤❤❤
