2 жыл бұрынMy now husband, Brandon, and I spent all 4 years of dating long distance during the school years. I was living about an 8 hour car ride away at the time, so I drove through the night to his mom's house for the weekend. She told him to come over so I could surprise him that morning.

Men always “ feel “ things . Society just tells them to be emotionless & Macho . Which results in Anger & frustration ! Anger is an emotion too but only women get called too emotional because we may cry about how we feel .Anger is the worst of all emotions , which is why most murder rampages , killings and wars are all at the hands of men . Because toxic Masculinity tells them don’t cry , suck it up , be a man , you’re weak if you cry , hold it in etc etc it eventually drives some men off the cliff and they snap .

It's hasn't got much to do with ego. It's the sense of responsibility that's drilled into men. It's the instinct to protect the ones we hold dear that makes us not show emotions as much as women do. However, we're humans too. Everybody's got their own share of problems. No matter how supportive those around us are, there are still some issues that remain untold which affects our behaviour at different times which will easily be misunderstood and attributed to egoistic behaviour. No matter how the society changes or how many more genders emerge, the responsibilities of a man won't change. The same applies to women as well.
