That is awesome! Your son is lucky to have you and to be able to have experiences like that. Life changing and character building. My oldest son is 22 now and loves the outdoors and all it has to offer. Backpacking, exploring, you name it. He says its because of all the amazing trips and experiences we went on as he was growing up. My 17 year old... well he likes to stay indoors. They are their own people :)
