The Sabbagh Universal Spring - SUS - is a telescope appliance with an internal spring for universal intermaxillary use. It provides a perfect alternative for patients with compliance issues. The SUS acts with constant, gentle forces on the temporomandibular joint, and can help to avoid the need for some extractions and dysgnathic surgery. SUS - step by step. great and better job the arch wire is stainless steel? the difference between two positions at which you said wrong and right? how can we activate the appliance? the price of this appliance?

Hello, thanks for your interest in our product! Yes, the arch wire is made of stainless steel, minimum diameter 16x22. Position "wrong" means: The telescope is positioned too upright. Position "right" means: The telescope is positioned more horizontal. You can activate the appliance with the turbo spring REF 607-146-00 (Jasper Jumper effect) or with the crimpable spacer rings REF 607-103-11, -104-11, -105-11, -107-11 (Herbst effect), ideally crimped on with our special plier REF 003-710-00. Thanks for your interest. The device can be used regardless of the age of the patient. It is suitable for the following therapies: • Unilateral and bilateral distoclusion / Class II (dentoalveolar and skeletal). • Molar distalization in the maxilla (headgear substitute). • Dentoalveolar compensation of the occlusion (elastics substitute). • Midline displacement. • Molar mesialization in mandible and gap closure in cases of aplasia or loss of tooth (alternative to mini implants). • Alternative to dysgnathia operation. • Temporomandibular dysfunction and craniomandibular dysfunction (repositioning effect). • Therapy for snoring and sleep apnea.
