'I wanted to write a cinematic song about love and power. It started off with just the beat and bass and as I developed it I added the strings and more and more vocal arrangements, until I felt the message was clear enough.'

She could make a song about taking out the trash and I would be on my knees, not sure what inspires her creations but I'm thankful for it. I'm going to try and catch one of her shows if at all possible. May have to wear shades though, because some of her stuff is so intense it draws tears!!

The style may be pop, but this is much too original to be described as such. The progressions of your songs are lovely and original, the arrangements are brilliant, the vocals are beautiful and sincere, and the lyrics have a depth that goes beyond the instant emotional gratification I usually hear in pop music. I love it.

This album is so incredibly well produced. Susanne rightfully went towards live tracks and it makes everything that more intimate. It ends up being less a CD and more a concert in your headphones.

I saw her and her band live a few years ago (in the concert hall in Stavanger, Norway). I was numb for several days after. Could barely speak. She made such an impression. I'm not religious, but if i was, I'd follow her :)
