Had the great opportunity to take out‪@DiariesofaMasterSushiChef‬ and Charles to try for King Salmon here in Northern California. We had a great time on the water of the West Coast here and afterwards we shared a couple recipes for the Salmon we caught.

@@FishermansLife It's nice to get an actual, real life perspective, not that it's really any of my business. Just confused how a lot of people carry disdain and get creep vibes from the cameraman, based on the comments I read here and on their channel. I just don't see it. I think that says more about them, people who never even met the guy, than the cameraman himself.

When you salt your bait it has to be done a couple days before in order for the bait to be tough it won't work when you do it right before using it. You have to dap your bait with a paper towel until all moister is off of them then put it in a bucket of salt shake it around and let it sit for about 2 days then check it and see how tough it is the longer you let it sit the tougher it gets and the good thing about it it doesn't need to be refrigerated and can last up to 2-3 weeks 👌 would love to see some content of you showing step by step not many new videos out there about how to salt your bait

The millions of lead balls used by fishermen all over the world for decades still aren’t as impactful as what the military does for the United States or other countries. Then on top of the military polluting unbelievable amounts of metals & contaminants in the ocean you still have to account for commercial fishing boats for first & third world countries. The regulations for commercial fishing boats in third world countries aren’t even enforced compared to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom etc. Only in a perfect world would it be more prevalent to see other types of eco friendly material used instead of the lead balls. Using another down rigger is pretty expensive in itself as well
