I think after 2lots of chemo and radiotherapy a good while back my bones are not as good as they were, but thank goodness I am still here. Then I had my heart op end of last year maybe due to same reason, I think I am starting to fall apart but by but hehe. But otherwise thank you I am ok. Keep John in order hehe.

Hi Marc, good question , options are , alcohol free red wine , or red wine vinegar but mix it with half water and increase the meat stock also . Another option is to add a dash of mushroom ketchup and a dash of Lea and Perkins sauce it is all about just developing flavour xxx
