Susie's Banana Muffins Ninja vs Oven

Although I had a disaster with the Ninja baked muffins , which I have now frozen to make a lovely trifle type dessert ! , I did really enjoy how simple these were and they are great with coffee at breakfast time .
Ingredients
* 250 g plain flour
* 125 g sugar caster
* 1 tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda NOT Baking Powder
* 1 tsp ground cinnamon
* 25 g walnuts roughly chopped
* 2 eggs
* 75 g melted butter
* 125 ml milk
* 2 bananas large ripe
I kept dry ingredients in one bowl and mixed the wet ingredients together in another bowl and then added the wet to the dry and gently mixed together, you do get a lumpy batter but that is how it should be . These do freeze well and are best when warmed in the micro wave for 1 minute.

Hi Alison, hope you are okay , hospitals are wonderful but not the place we want to be if we can help it . These muffins are lovely and freeze well , I have found having a couple frozen really useful , for unexpected guests , great with a coffee . Thanks for watching xxxx

How much water did you pop into the pressure, cooker. If the ninja was your pressure cooker . Or was it an air fryer. Hope your both well. Thanks for sharing. X

Hi Karen the big ninja was on bake mode just like an oven , I have since found a lady who had a very similar problem using the silicone muffin ring ! She thinks it is that which is a problem as when she used proper sized cases she did not have the same problem , another lady told me she managed after a couple of attempts to sort it and they cooked okay but she said when she turned them out they looked nothing like muffins as the shape is wrong 😂😂😂.That Ninja Cooke’s my Italian cakes beautiful but that is in a cake tin !! So not really sure !! The oven ones are delicious though xxx
