This is the most beautiful apartment. I love the way he goes about his job. But the truth is; without making good investments, no one can ascertain the kind of money required to own such properties. I am retiring next yr at 55 with 3 houses paid off worth 40.5 million. I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investments.

My favourite is the master bedroom and master bathroom. Very spacious and the fact that each bedroom is on it's own level, talk about privacy. Great video quality as well. And let's not forget that closet space. Great condo with a fantastic view.

Absolutely beautiful condo if you can afford a 4.5 million then your probably don’t care what you’ll have to pay in city property tax either.

I realize this is a private residence and all that, but it's very disappointing that in a condo it is inaccessible from the moment you walk in the door, if you are in a wheelchair. Just knocked out a whole group of people right from the beginning. So yeah, not exciting.

If I were to buy this, I’d keep it as a bachelor situation. Most women would fill it up with crap 🤣 That’s what my - lovely - wife (and all my exes) always did. 🤷‍♂️
