@@tomaby8006 You really need to rethink that statement. Many, many people CHOOSE not to live in a traditional setting. Not because they are lazy, drug addicts, mentally ill or because they are running from the law. Some choose to live this way to put money into other things, like Cruises and Traveling Abroad, or buying a piece of land.

I started watching these videos two years ago when I was about to be homeless and needed to learn how to live in my Honda Fit. I am now living in an RV in a mobile home park- it's stationary but it's an RV, so I still find great info about functionality of the RV that I live in . I've been watching videos on the channel for a few days and this is an appealing lifestyle for me! Thank you for your channel! I'm finding it very inspirational, in addition to being helpful! 💕👍🏻

Her wealth comes from the adventures she's had, the memories she'll have forever, the people she's met along the way, the experience and life lessons she's learned. That's true wealth. But people are scared to admit that because they worry about what people think of them, how much they make, what they drive, where they live.. etc. We should all try to be more like her.

I'm not retired, so I had no income, and lived on the money I had when I walked out of my life. I planned, and stuck to a set budget. Loved it. Will work this year until October, then, back on the road I go. 😀💗

Four weeks living in my small new Rv and I’m absolutely loving it . It might not be for everyone , but it is for me . It’s my life and my journey. Yes , there is repairs here and there .But that goes with any house and car too after sometime . I’m beyond blessed in so many ways . I have my health . 🙏 I would love to buy a piece of land one day to put my Rv on or a little trailer . I’m 49 years old . My father passed away from Covid two years ago , and I’m ready to hit the roads this year and make new memories. I love how she says . She might not be rich in money . But she had a rich heart . Bless her and I’m proud of her opening up about her financial status . May good health and wealth come her way . Safe travels in 2022 🚌 peace ☮️

@@MeesterVegas She didn't say it was Welfare Disability. There is a difference! I am now living on Disability after working two and three jobs a week, 80 plus hours, since I was 20. Before that I only worked 40 hour weeks. I don't get welfare, food stamps or medicaid. I pay for my Insurance, co-pays, deductables and percentages. When I was working I always had the accountant hold out the Maximum, so that I would have that money in the future. I invested that Social Security Money, I expected to be getting it back, NOT living off someone else's money. Don't make the misguided assumption that every time a person says they are living off Social Security that it is Welfare.

Susan Rogers hate to tell you this but the US Supreme Court says what you get for social security is not yours. You were taxed not saving. For money you saved in financial institutions, that is yours and can be lost immediately. I had that experience twice! I too have gotten myself into a financial bind that for the life of me I couldn't figure out how I was going to deal with. Sometimes you just have to go do what you have to do with what you have, where you're at. And the biggest emphasis is to take stock of what YOU CAN do. Which hearing her story has giving me the inspiration to take charge of my own bad situation. I am very happy you shared it and many other helpful hints about vehicle living. Keep up the good work! I know this was 3 years ago so for anyone out there who's reading this that's in a similar financial situation where you're paying off debts, go to a debt consolidation in group. Be sure when you're deciding on which debt consolidation group you use to look for one that is a non-profit that's not owned by any of the big banks or debt collection agencies. They will negotiate a settlement amount that is often much less than the original debt and coordinate payments along with communicating with credit score companies to repair your credit score.

Most poor people living in a sticks and bricks live on $250/month - or less - after they pay their bills-including debts as well. I live on whatever is left after I pay my bills - and they get paid off first. Sometimes there is nothing left over after heat, electricity, phone, water and garbage, food, rent or house payment, car insurance, etc.

I love this new video Bob. Great lady. I have a SUV similar to hers Im renting in a sticks and bricks still but look forward to SUV travelling in the future. Im also planning to buy some land as a small home base but need to make sure by law we can camp there in our Vans or SUV etc as I will let others camp there from your group.

I am living unsuccessfully paycheck to paycheck. Rent where I am is crazy. I am looking for a van/ small box truck / or some camper to pull behind my Compass to live in. You are living what I call paradise!

it's amazing when you can manage on a little bit of money - I live on $115 a month because Social Security Disability hasn't been approved yet so I get State Disability. Go get em & live a life of Adventure.

Adventures with Gnomie you are lucky I had no financial relief in Ohio 0. Just $195.00 a month in food relief.

Bob Jones - I only have it because I had been employed when the disability happened. As I was in Therapy my insurance dropped me & my employer terminated me - Ohio sent me to a doctor that said "she's disabled & it's not going away". I got State Disability, Medicaid & just a little in food stamps - I am fortunate compared to most that become disabled. To look at me you wouldn't know I'm disabled. But when I walk - there's a limp, my speech is slow & my right arm has spasticity. I've avoided making content because of KZfaq trolls - I'm a 4 strokes survivor & I just don't want to deal with ignorance of those that don't understand a brain injury.

Adventures with Gnomie well I believe you I know exactly how you feel and it is very difficult to get on disability especially when you are really financialy strapped if you don't have a base of family or friends that can help you. People think it's as easy as telling the state you need welfare and they just give you hand full of cash, free housing, food and a cell phone. They believe it's that way and it's not at all that way. At all I hope you will be OK feel free to right me I live in Dayton-Springfield Ohio area.
