We are returning to the world of Cookie☆ (クッキー☆) for the Christmas season; this time, the mysterious, malevolent, VILE world of Taisa's Cookie☆!
It all started with Touhou Project, then a failed voice drama started by a "very flawed" man. Despite the questionable quality of Cookie☆, it led to a wonderful world of tomorrow: MAD Douga, memes, weird art on NicoNicoSeiga. It was bound to be forgotten... until two women (lovers?) from a far away vocational school came into play, and inadvertently, their one, two, three-off drama saga led to Cookie☆ seeing popularity that was never before seen.
You're not reading this, so I will just say;
HSI姉貴's story was the coolest to research, but Taisa and Marz's love story was interesting too. Kissy kissy goo goo stuff.

Well, This somewhat explains why most Touhou MMDs and Shitposts were voiced by Yukkuri TTS voices instead of having actual VAs.

Fun fact about kanna: Ever since she became a vtuber she has done many stream collabs with yamin ( Suika from the original cookie), the most notable being the first one where they made a skit about kanna being a mom and yamin being the child Also kanna has released 2 albums as a solo singer so far. She also made a cover song with yamin and featured her on the first album, and on november of this year they announced a new album with 3 original songs

Aight I can appreciate that you got to talk about the VAs instead of focusing on the origin so much. That's way better and to be honest most cookie fans only care for that. Still, given all the inside jokes and all of that I know it was really hard to talk about it. So yeah, well done I guess. Cookie at the end of the day is people having fun making content using a super bad and questionable source material.

fun fact, the marisa that REI plays is also portrayed as a crossdressing boy in lot of pixiv art (RIくん) likely because of her raspy voice combined with the androgynous design that marisa in particular has, collecting art of RIくん is what got me into the cookie rabbit hole in the first place, isn't that silly.

But here's the kicker; the elves (mostly 1000 year old kids in most media), will be depected as OLD CRANKY MEN, to contrast ALL Gensokyo residents, who are ALL 1000 children, or at least LOOK like children.
