Suzanne Morphew's Autopsy Reveals Animal Tranquilizer Were Found in Body

Bombshell developments in the case of the Colorado mom who went missing on Mother's Day four years ago has emerged. The toxicology report says animal tranquilizers were found in Suzanne Morphew's body. It's believed they were used to tranquilize and immobilize her. Morphew went missing on Mother's Day 2020. Her husband was arrested a year later and charged with first-degree murder. Just before the trial, the charges were dropped.

not saying he’s innocent, but persons who just collect deer antlers would tranquilize the deers, then remove their antlers without killing them.. less harmful than just killing them

Some people love both of their parents. They already lost one parent, they're probably hoping that their dad didn't do it. Denial is often deep-rooted, and not easy to get passed.

Man I cannot blame them. Even if he truly did kill their mother, he is still their father. And he clearly had a pretty good relationship with them. I don’t think I could ever hate my father, he has been taking good care of me for so long and he clearly only wants what’s best for me.

@ITIsFunnyDamnIT Double Jeopardy is different. A person can't be charged for the same crime if that person has been acquitted or convicted of the charge. They dismissed the charges without prejudice and that means they can file again.

It's all they have. Is their Dad. Kids often side with the " fun" parent. Not the beaten down abused mom. I had that in my case. I was the loser. He hands out money and stuff to the girls.

I remember watching this on 48 Hours and his phone showed him running around their house and investigators said possibly chasing her, and part of his alibi was he was running around shooting at animals that came on their property and I believe it was with a tranq. I knew it was him from the beginning.

Investigators found a tranquilizer dart in the Morphew's clothes dryer after searching the house not too long after Suzanne was reported missing.

I have hunted for years, grew up in a family of hunters and to this day I know many people that hunt every year. The one thing I have never heard of them doing, tranquilizing an animal.
