Hey everyone! Check out my new Excel Catfish Pro 21 with a 150HP Suzuki outboard. This 21-foot, 72-inch-wide beast is basically a 2172 big jon boat with a side console. We just hit the lake, and at full throttle, we reached a top speed of 44 mph, cruising comfortably at 38 mph.
It's not as fast as my old SeaArk Procat, but it performs great! I might try a 4-blade prop in the future to see if it handles differently. For now, I’m ready to catch some fish and maybe take some of you along!
