Suzuki introduced this car in Pakistan in 2017 to replace first generation Suzuki Cultus. This car is known as Suzuki Celerio worldwide but since Pak Suzuki wanted to keep the cultus legacy alive they have introduced it with brand name of Cultus.

Hi omar, i watched this review cuz i was considering to buy one. Your opinion that you can buy a japanese car instead of this in tue same price is valid. But i also have to consider that i may have the amount to buy this, but in the long run do i have enough monthly income to maintain a japanese car? I currently have a 2007 cultus, and recently a biker just broke my wing mirror while i was standing at a signal. Now i can afford a 1k mirror of a cultus, but not a 20k mirror for a japanese car. Now this incident may be one off, but it is still a common occurence in karachi. If you could please comment on this i would appreciate it

Mirror of 2007 Cultus was for 1k but do you know the prices of new Suzukis? you're in for a surprise :-) the prices match nowadays, and I always insist on getting a car with verifiable auction report. If you get a Japanese car with verifiable auction report then in the long run that car turns out to be cheaper to maintain compared to a local assembled car.

I agree with u.. i have Alto 2010 Japanese, in 2014, i had an accident and i bought one headlight for PKR 25,000/- that day i realized that local assembled cars are much better and easy to maintain. Though, drive of local assmbled cars cant meet the level of Japanese cars, but they are easy to maintain ...

Kindly review FAW V2 Locally assembled. I have heard that all the problems identified in the imported version have been resolved in the locally assembled units.

Chinese units (CKD) had no mud flaps, no door rubbers, early wear of steering bushes and air noise at high speeds. Locally assembled units have door rubbers and mud flaps with steering issue showing up in some but not all units and air noise issue has been partially solved. Overall FAW V2 only misses out on Automatic transmission otherwise it'd have been a best buy.

Omer SB, heard you say that it is giving 14 kmpl. Seen at many sites on the net claiming 18/19 in city and 20/22 on highway. Can you please throw some realistic light and clear the confusion. Also will alloy rims or steel rims make a difference on kmpl. Thanks in advance.

Quoted fuel average is always higher than real average because when they quote the averages they take them in best driving scenarios which isn't possible when youre driving in normal city circumstances

In India we get the Top Model that is Zxi at around 4.90 lakhs and Zxi(opt) with ABS and 2 Airbags at around 5.50 lakhs this car is very very expensive in Pakistan in India we can Buy the top varients of New generation Honda city,Verna and Volkswagen in this price Range

even with airbags this car get 0 star crash test rating in india, which mean the pakistan cultus may be even more weak, the whole body is very weak thats why suzuki is able to earn too much on this, as a reference FAW V2 gets a 3 star crash test rating due to a strong body and having crash beams installed as well,, so people please stop purchasing suzuki vehicles, they are chewing you with ease....

Well in Indian Celerio model Zxi(opt) we have ABS and 2 Airbags at cost of 5.50 lakhs but Maruti is known for it's mileage in India and not for security but In India cars above 10 lakhs have good security features and rugged Built quality
