Suzuki LT80 Top End Rebuild

In this video, I freshen up the top end of this 2002 Suzuki LT80 Quad. I took the top end to Factory Edge Motor Tuning to get the cylinder bored over and the head cleaned up. A new Pro-x piston and gasket kit finished up the rebuild of the 20 year old quad that my kids enjoy.

My rebuild kit came with two circlips do you only install one?

I believe it left 1 original cir clip on the other side and used a new one on the side I removed.

@@jrnycg3589 it's assembly lube. You can use engine oil instead of assembly lube

It's normal for 2 stroke to smoke. They all do
