The video has been created to introduce both the features of "SUZUKI Maintenance Kit" for outboard motor and the necessity of periodic maintenance to provide “peace of mind”.

I recently bought a new Suzuki 70 and I love it....although I am very disappointed at all the recommended maintenance. I've never owned an engine in my life with so few hours of use, and so much recommended maintenance. I had a two stroke Merc for many years, and the only thing I ever did to it was change the plug and gear oil every few years. I decided to only change oils, and take it to a marine mechanic every few years and he can go through it.

I recently bought a DF2.5 (2020 model) 20" Shaft motor and It works perfectly fine except, when I try to steer at quarter to half throttle, the steering becomes stiff. So every time I have to turn, I have to bring the motor to a complete idle and then steer. The steering tension adjusting knob is set to loose. any advice on this is much appreciated. I have seen the same problem reported by another person in suzuki outboard forums and no one so far has been replied. And this is a brand new product. I have tested with other brands with the same setup but only DF 2.5 is giving me this problem.

Can someone tell me, where i should install O2 sensor on my 2006 DF250, to perfom O2 calibration? Can't find any info in service manual.

I don't know why the Suzuki df115 engine is overheating even though I changed the thermostat and a new turbine. Please help me.

Hey there I'm just wondering if you got your outboard fixed. I've been having an issue with my DF140, and everywhere I look, it seems to be a fuel filter issue. What was the verdict on yours?
