great daily bike, inexpensive to operate and reliable. My 2005 SV 650 @ 32'000 miles, no issues

Nice to see a local lad on here. Im about to do my A2 at MTS rider and this is top of the list and hope to pick up one of these at the end of the year. Will be doing around 12k miles a year for commuting and fun.

Thats not a lot of miles on a tank of gas. You sure there's not an issue there? My 2007 650s with 20k on the clock does about 150 miles till the gas light starts and maybe 50 more till empty. i normally fill up around 180 on the clock to be safe

Where do you found that top case and mount?

The rack to then mount the top box was from SW Motech, it was the only rack I found I didn't hate the shape of at the time. It was a Givi top box then attached onto it, can't 100% say what topbox as it was an older one. SW Motech do quick release adapters for their plates for the main manufacturers that look really good and fit directly into the holes on the rack
