Hey guys! In this week's video, I go for the first ride on my brand new Suzuki SV650X. It will be replacing my Yamaha YZF R125 which has been sold. I am taking it slow today to respect the break in period.

IXIL Hyperlow XL. thank me later ;) Awesome look an sound plus it fits the style of the bike unlike those more racing themed exhausts. After that do a tail tidy with LEDs front + back. Maybe a smaller black or silver front brake fluid container and mirrors. For mirrors I would suggest these: motogadget.com/shop/en/m-view-cafe.html Just dont forget bar end adapters if you choose those.

get some frame sliders, gives you a better feeling. Don't ruin the style by a tank bag, I use the original suzuki tail bag, enough space for an all day ride. I ride the SV650X since June 2018 and didn't regret it one minute.

Full exhaust and tune really wakes these bikes up! They pick up 10hp in the high RPM's. Also the tune makes the secondary intake valves open all the way.

Subbed .. Just bought the same bike two days ago here in Australia .. ordered scorpion slip on, bar end mirrors and a tail tidy with led indicators. Hanging to see what you do to yours 👍🏻 keep the content coming

Put a short cone twin exhaust slip-on. Will make it look so much better. Great bike

Your channel popped up on my feed, i immediately recognised it was Belgium and it looks like its close to where i live. I have exactly the same bike but full power, bought it last year, did some mods. Maybe i'll see you around. :D Subbed

Indeed, I live in Haasdonk, so very close to Sint-Niklaas. I even lived in Sint-Niklaas for 2 years.

I think they look pretty good for stock mirrors. I would still like barend mirrors on this bike tho. We will see what I end up doing to it.

I'm curious to the riding ergonomics compared to the normal SV.

The base SV has "normal" naked style bars for an upright seating position. The SVX comes with clip-ons for a more aggressive sports bike-style seating position.

Nice choose! I have a Honda nsr 125 j22 and was also thinking of getting a sv650 for my a2 aswell (getting a2 in 1 and a half year). That or the Honda cbf, ether way, great to hear that your happy with your desition! (:-)

Can you do a video of how you learn the mechanics and how you learn to fix motorcycles ? did you learn it online or its someone in your familiy a mecanic ? i just bought a yamaha yzf125 2016 but i am scary to undo something to her because i am thinking that i can do something wrong and not to work any more the motorcycle.

I mostly just learned by grabbing a manual and getting my hands dirty. No one in my family is a mechanic. You learn by trying. I suggest watching some of my motorcycle build videos if you want to see some wrenching :)

Doesn't the A2 licence restrict you to only 47bhp, and that's like 400cc, and you got a 650cc bike... did you restrict the engine or ....

iAlex Plays ja ze zetten er iets tussen waardoor je je gas gewoon niet volledig kan opendraaien en niet het maximale toerental kan halen. Dus je mag een motor van max 70km begrenzen naar 35kw en als je dan je A rijbewijs haalt kan je hem gewoon ontgrenzen.

iAlex Plays jaa niet zo snel als de ontgrensde, maar wel sneller dan de gemiddelde a2 motor. Voornamelijk bij lage toeren. Maar volgens mij is de kawasaki z400 een beetje vergelijkbaar qua koppel en snelheid.
