Tribute to the Vee and Two Brothers Racing that manufactures fantastic sounding slip-on exhausts as well as full systems. I honestly love the bike and the way it sounds with the Two Brothers Racing dual exhaust in Carbon Fiber. Hope you'll like the video. It's a V-Strom 1000.

Ive got Delkevics exhaust on my 2008 vstrom 1000 and they sound awsome,deep note right through the rev range and the power increase is another 10 hp on the dyno.Plus they have easy removable slide out baffles take a minute a side.

I've bought mine on ebay some time ago. Just checked and you can still get the tail lamp for a fairly good price now - $50-60. As for the product itself - it really looks good on a DL.

thecowside No, there is definitely no such thing on the DL 1000. I'm talking about the engine getting very hot. It's only hot when you touch it with bare hand. As of the finger getting numb - it was probable due to the position which you mentioned and also because of relatively thin handlebars. I believe it's similar in the V-Strom. I've replaced mine with aftermarket heated grips that are thicker. But I'm certain that such problems do not appear on the V-Strom.

kolor bardzo ładny i jeszcze rama + wahacz w czarnym malowaniu też super. A opona tylna nie jest szersza bo fabrycznie montowana jest 150/70/17 a ta wygląda jak 180 . osobiście lobie szerokie kapcie :)

Haven't washed mine since I got it, but you've got a sharp machine. I'm replacing my directionals to LED's w/ brake light (rear) and DRL's(Front). Just wondering where you got your tail light? I want an LED light like that, only smoked, since mine's black.

Does it get really hot in the summer, and do your fingers go numb? I had the SV1000S which essentially had the same engine, but it was leaned over. Miss it terribly, but it boiled me if the outside temp ever got over 80 F. and for some reason it seemed my throttle hand would go numb. Looking to get that motor back.

W rzeczywistości też sprawia wrażenie szerszej, ale to złudzenie optyczne, o które chodziło. Tylny błotnik jest skrócony, co daje właśnie taki efekt. Dodatkowo z boku motocykl wygląda bardziej muskularnie, bo cały zabieg odciążył optycznie tył ;)

Sounds great!!!!! Those are just SLIP-ONS??? If so, did you have to add a power commander and then get the bike tuned or didn't they have any effect on engine performance besides just giving the strom a great sound??

Thanks and yes, these are slip-on exhausts. No Power Commander has been added whatsoever, no map tuning has been done. The results would've been probably better if this would've been done but my point was to get the sound, not performance. It runs fine this way and should get approximately 2 HP more power. And a few KG/LBS less.

what year is your bike and is that the stock wind screen? thank you. i will be ordering a set of these pipes. i have one on my dr650 and love it! picking up my vstrom 1000 in two weeks!!

Lucky you! Good choice as for the pipes, however you already know that they are really cool. My V-Strom is a 2006 model from the US and that's why it has a quite unique color. It was available only on one or two markets and only in 2006. The wind screen is not stock, it's a fantastic Givi D260ST with - check this one - MADSTAD mount. You may get Madstad from its manufacturer in the US as I did myself. Definitely worth every cent.

good day i was looking at getting a set of the two brothers in cabon i have stock atm i was wondering cause some times i go on trips and i use me saddle bags do the two brothers get hot or can i put the crover off the stock pipe on the two brothers ?

They do not get hot but obviously they get warmed up. Hot gasses do not stay long inside but still they transfer some heat to the mufflers and they're not "cold" all the time. I'm pretty sure that they do not get so warm that they would melt anything. Stock mufflers' covers would not fit without some serious modifications. Better buy some racks and put the bags on them, otherwise you'll scratch mufflers and fairings.

To wersja amerykańska i stąd nietypowe malowanie. Konkretnie 2006 rok. W 2012 pojawił się czerwony DL 1000 w USA - ale ten jest "zwyczajny" czerwony, a na filmie bordowy - czyli nieco inny odcień; ciemniejszy i moim zdaniem ciekawszy.

Zgadza się, ale ABS i lepsze hamulce chciałbym w DL'u widzieć. Obecnie Tiger Explorer 1200 wygląda najciekawiej moim zdaniem. Nowy GS też jest ciekawy, ale nie każdemu pasuje boxer. KTM - ten może być ciekawy. Co do zapowiedzi nowego DL 1000, to niestety masz rację. Nie wygląda specjalnie ciekawie. Trochę podobny do nowego 1190 Adventure. Pytanie jak silnik, zawieszenie i hamulce.

Kurka, Rommel, o co tobie chodzi?! :D Przecież wiesz, że napisałem to na odczepnego, żeby im smutno nie było (ale tylko ABS, masa i spalanie!). Ale że Hitler takim jeździł... hahaha. "Klientów" mi odstraszasz xD. Mam też filmik z nowym DL 650, jeśli chciałbyś go powychwalać :)

Yes, these V-Stroms never had ABS. Only after a new generation I believe in 2013 they got it. Yeah, that's the number one reason I eventually sold my beloved V-Strom.

Problem z dużymi Deelami jest taki, że trudno znaleść następny motocykl po nim. Chciałbym sprzedać swojego DL1000 K2 ale wszystkie motocykle z tej klasy są jakieś takie gejowe obecnie. Prototyp 2013 też brzydki. ABS? W tym motocyklu? I co jeszcze? Napinacze jąder?

trzęsie, dla ludzi z impotencja i kompleksami, nie wygrał Alpina cośtam, Hitler takim jeździł i Mao Tse Tung, psuje sie strasznie, szczególnie kosze sprzegłowe, do tego nie ma właśnie ABS, jest cięzszy i zdecydowanie za dużo pali. No i nie sprzedaje sie tak dobrze jak mały DL, no i nie ma go w sprzedaży w Polsce, mam dalej wymieniać?
