mai potato fry banata hoon bharat bhai, green chili oil me dal ke uske upar potato,haldi and namak.. uske baad dhakke 10mins achhe se fry kar leta hoon.. gas band karne se pehle thoda nimboo dalke rice aur dal ke saath serve karta hoon.. muh pe pani aa gaya..😁😁

Recipe for simple Aloo: Oil + Panch phoran + Green Chillies, then add aloo sliced in long pieces, cook on low medium flame, add salt and Haldi Powder - Thats it. Its amazing. PS: I love your channel! It taught me cooking. Stay blessed!

whenever I want to make aloo-methi and I don't have fresh methi, I soak handful of kasoori methi in water and it puffs up and becomes like normal fresh methi and then I make aloo exactly the same way as these and use that methi in this. Believe me that kasoori methi takes this recipe to another level.
