Good luck, stand tall, be humble, courageous & study tour butts off and you will become a proud Coast Guard Officer like my cousin Richard W. Wright became. He had a 33 year career and loved it. To this day ( we're 78), I still periodically tell him how proud I am of him.

As a life long resident of New London and former host family, the USCGA is such an asset to our city. The men and women who attend and work at are essential to our community.

I see the woman are still wearing the covers designed for them unlike the Naval Academy where everyone now wears the same style.
