Nicely done video, Matt. The million-dollar question though and not an insignificant elephant in the room, is the starting price for a moderately kitted-out boat with common options.

Great Boat Matthew ... is that a Series 3 Land Rover in the background? You should check out the Cygnet 20 - designed and built in Australia - very similar with water ballast, retractable keel ... albeit its a gaff rig. Congratulations!

Si there a retractable centerboard mechanism ?

Yes the centre board raises and lowers via a pulley block system accessible from the cockpit

Yes! The centre board lifts out of the way for manoeuvring in shallow water and transporting.
