Dr. Swamy is so multi faceted and as stated has changed his opinion / views over time. This is what everyone should do or one will never be able to correct their mistakes if you stick to one view for a lifetime, like the commies do. He is eventually a nationalist, which is very evident , which is what one should look at Like in Hindu traditions the world is not binary of right and wrong (like in other philosophies), there is right, wrong, both are right or both are wrong and further combinations. What I personally like is his clarity of thought, perseverance, deep understanding of the undercurrents/ reading between the lines etc.

It was indeed an amazing talk, frank, out of the box, hitting the nail on the head with one go into the wood kind of talk. It is indeed a disgrace for any political party that let alone truly be, just marginally claim, to be nationalist and let such an illustrious personality to be on the wayside. A true nationalist, who is a crusader, for no single individual has done what he has accomplished in all the years he has been at the forefront of fighting corruption in all its ugly appearances, yet respecting every single individuals democratic rights, while without any doubt emphasising the limitations of the same freedoms and rights which come with absolutely necessity, otherwise there would be anarchy. It is indeed another paradox that if he lets go of his crusade against corruption who else would take up the mantle? There are no takers, for its a very difficult path and that in itself qualifies him to the highest echelons, yet he so graciously let them pass. In the current crop of people in politics, there are hardly any true nationalists, that have the best interests of the nation at heart; and I mean hardcore nationalist; they could be counted on the finger tips, and even if somebody was missed would not be a big deal. This is the personality that should without an iota of doubt be at the helm of affairs in key posts; afterall he is not a CHIRANJEEVI like Lord Hanumaan, there will be a time when he could be frail, and if his capabilities are not put to good use, it is a disgrace to the body politic of the nation. For not many can even hold a candle to his omnipresence, it would be a terrible misfortune and incredibly bad destiny of the nation if he does get posted to the highest of offices. Such is the aura of the person of Dr. Subramanyam Swamy. To that end, it is the bounden duty of every single individual of the nation to recognize this personality's rightful deservance, rightful claim to taking the nation into the next millennium as a world power with his sensibilities, capacity to deliver on promises unmentioned let alone made. Subramanya Swamy is highly experienced n highly intellectual human. He is most suitable for enhancing Judiciary Systems than Financial Ministry. For FM , he need to align with BJP which his personality does not Sync with Govt. He is king for justice so he is very suitable for cleaning n enhance the Judiciary n judicial Systems. He has more intellectual n Academies inclination towards Hindu ethos n its values n has blessing from Divine as well. This helps to provide Social n Judiciary Systems. So Swamy is feasible for Social n Judiciary Systems who is more matured n experienced to do so.

With all due respect, everytime I hear Mr Swami speak, I hear 'I' loud and clear and that shuts me out. He is a politician and has all the traits of it, good & bad.

The previous editions of the interviews (2016 & before) were poorly conducted the interviewer there had a proclivity for laughing loud and was very distracting; these two interviewers are much better. well done. keep it up!

I am a fan of Dr. Subramanian Swami for his intelligence, clarity, being straightforward , Economic thought and its application, understanding of Politics and quite an extent potential and understanding of country's Administrative capabilities. This interview in question, leaves me impressed. However, 2/3 major issues, I find, are never touched by even highly knowledgeable bigwigs. 1. Holistic and Comprehensive development of Rural India including rationalistic modernization and tall prop up of Agriculture; 2. Water conservation, its integrated management and ensuring a positive dissolution to the fear its perennial shortage by ensuring a sure scheme of even rain dependent 3 annual crops; 3. Creating a non divorceable integrated relationship between agriculture/ environment/ energy generation and management and networking through mechanics and process of Artificial Intelligence., And 4. Bio-fuel generation on a large scale through MSME and its most modern management process. There are a number of other processes and mechanisms which ensure 100% education of high standards as free for all; 100% ownership of housing without freebies of even a single unearned food plate; and "mass scale tree plantation" ensuring about 15 to 20 trees per person of population; and finally 100% employment / entrepreneurship/ local industry thro' local Craft/ Arts based/ Agro-based - and variously based business and production and generation based in individual or group and/or slightly larger MSMS based ventures. All Infrstruture development, Manpower Training and Development, Administrative and Management "Capabilities" training and Development has already been worked out. State's or any Outside financial liabilities will just not be there - in a self managed AI mode. The abilities and capabilities with A &M will be from within the countries. Summing up - I am looking up for GDP growth to 3 to 4 times of now and achievement of time lines as just 6 to 10 years in increment of 1-1/2 years for review and evaluation and remedial intervals. No dishonesty and corruption and strict disciplined working or bullet for repeat mischiefs / mistakes. Performance criteria only consideration. All religions, practices, non-rxtremes, predominantly strict but tolerant / respectful system and 100% respect to tried and tested Hindu Religious_spiritual practices will prevail. I think AIM is a homosexual, and I cannot help but appreciate how respectful and calm he was during the discussion regarding the judgement on 377 was. It's very insightful and teaches us how to have discussion despite disagreements.

Dr Swami is a genius. He however, is not a 'party man'. He refuses to dilute his firm views and arrive at a compromise that ensures a win-win situation. Considering his capabilities, he must be considered for special assignments that can transform our nation for the better. 1) To strengthen integration of Kashmir into the Indian republic. 2) Facilitate passing of the CAA 3) Work on the border states, specifically West Bengal and Punjab, to contain infiltration 4) Engage China and facilitate a resolution on the contentious border issue 5) Bring a closure to the significant cases of corruption

Dr Subramanian Swamy is the right person to be the Prime Minister of India. Or atleast the finance Minister of India. Well educated, powerful economist.

Dr Swamy says change of thought is dynamic process so Narendra Modi is entitled to change his mind. He has to have stability in his cabinet so having swami in his cabinet would have created instability as swami is person of his own mind. Swami has track record of punishing people who are against him even though its not in the interest of India. Swami is not team player as his Janta Party was one man party. I have great respect for his knowledge determination and service to Hindutva but he should realise that by attacking Bajpai he has created an environment of mistrust in him by other political leaders. All political leaders respect him and get help from him when in difficulty but no one would like to make him leader and work with him. I wish him great success in his pursuit of promoting Hindutva and have long health and happy life
