You just pull the silver ball away from your wrist. I am right-handed, so wear the bracelet on my left hand - then my right hand can take it off. Maybe practice when it's not on your wrist?

I have the same, but I can't make it smaller, why?

You should be able to move the metal bead along the chain to make it smaller - I would take it back to the shop if that's not working.

It's the standard size, comes in one size but adjustable 👍🏻
