@@anabelltenorio1294 I had this problem too, all I did was pull on it a bit harder. Don't be afraid, I'm pretty sure the chain won't break. If that doesn't work, maybe try pulling it at a bit of an angle?

Doesn't help. I have similar but it's a ball. I can't hold it with one arm, and move it,,when it's on my wrist. Currently stuck in it lol

can you post the how-to for when the bracelet is worn? how do you do it one-handedly?

@@corytanner1979 actually, it's not easy, but it can be done one-handedly. same concept. holding both ends, have to apply firm and even pressure and pull down (loosen) or push up (tighten) the adjuster. just have to not be afraid to apply the pressure and worry the chain will snap.

another way is to hold one end and roll your wrist while wedged to a surface (i use my leg) and let the roll undo one end, then do the same in reverse to further loosen!

Awkward to do by yourself with one hand, hoping practice makes easier. Trying to slide/tighten evenly so dangling ends are even, and equal strain put on both sides at once.
