My brain overloaded at the thought of this. Because well implemented immersive VOIP could mean directional audio from your player character to your teammates, environmental echo in certain rooms, reduced volume at distance or muffled through walls and doors, difficulty hearing during gunfights and the inclusion of radios with static and distortion filters. Discord is great but if you're after immersion it's far too clean and omnipotent.

Not if you can get him fast enough. Landing a flash, you can get him down during the stun period.

Not sure if it still works but user used to be able to mod the AI and users could increase the number of AI. It was just a text file

Yeah, I've had the same experience. Personally I usually end up just playing the game with DirectX11. I don't know why the DirectX12 version lags so much.

I'll have to just do that I guess until it drops the full game.

It's recommended you have something RTX 3070 or above if you're going DX12, and DX11 if you're running something slower than that. Probably been said thousands of times but this game is still in Beta, so it's really buggy. After Adams Update DX11 has become borderline unplayable for me @1440p with everything maxed out + 125% resolution scaling, and this is with an RTX 3080 Ti. The fps isn't like very low, (in fact anything above 80 for my preference is completely playable), definitely lower than DX12 by a sizeable margin, but it's the part where it jumps sporadically between 40-130 fps in maps that makes it unplayable. The constant transition from smooth, to sluggish, then back to smooth fluctuating every few seconds is unbearable for me on DX11, and worst of all on some maps like Voll House in certain corners sections of the house my fps will drop to sub 30 fps consistently until I look away. In the lobby, the framerate on DX11 is halved down to topping 150 fps, and no it doesn't matter in the lobby but it does illustrate my two points I'm making. In lobby DX12 has my fps between 250 to 300+, while in-game not a single bit of the DX11 problems I faced exist. The FPS sits somewhere between 120-200 fps across the majority of maps, and it's not jumping sporadically so I can't tell at all. Basically the optimization of the game needs work because it seems to vary a lot from person to person's hardware. Lastly, to answer your question, yes. He's running on lowest settings in this video.

Do you need a new computer to get RTX? I have GTX 1050 max Q. I play seige, all settings maxed out, except shadows, post processing, effects...in game I get a consistent hour of 120 fps, then it drops down to 40-60 fps. I have to restart my computer to fix problem. Then an hour again I go...lol I have a 4k computer, just the newer GTX I haven't switched to RTX, literally siege and ready or not is all I play or start to play once ready or not is ready.
