You just have to keep listening again and again. Eventually it slows down and you hear it clearly.

Hi Lucie, not sure if you know this, but you can adjust the speed of any KZfaq video. It's good to challenge ourselves, but there can be such a thing as "too much, right now". Good luck with your studies!👍😊
