1/2 lb Pork Ribs
5 Tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp Distilled Vinegar
2 tbsp Water
4 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 Tbsp Corn Starch
1 Stalk Chopped Green Onion
Cooking Oil for Frying Ribs

Thank you! Fried the ribs to make sure it’s cooked and the ribs are a bit char. Overcooked can make the ribs chewy. With the sweet and sour sauce, it’s just so delicious! 💕
